Evolution Resources Signs Testing Services Agreement With North Carolina State University

Evolution Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EVLN) (the "Company") an advanced biofuels production company focused on the production of cellulosic ethanol using the latest in modern processes and technologies, today announced the signing of a Testing Services Agreement (the "Agreement") with North Carolina State University ("NCSU").

Under the terms of the Agreement, NCSU's Department of Wood and Paper Science will work with the Company to test and improve existing laboratory-scale technology within a larger pilot-scale system. The technology involves enzymatic carbohydrate conversion of woody biomass to fermentable sugars.

North Carolina State's Department of Wood and Paper Science has produced engineers, scientists, technologists, and management professionals in the forest products industry for over fifty years, and is considered to be one of the leading educational institutions for this sector in the country.

Evolution Resources is currently focusing its efforts of certain proposed projects that if successfully implemented and completed, will leverage existing assets and infrastructure to significantly shorten the time frame required to establish commercial scale cellulosic ethanol and biodiesel production facilities and "repurpose" certain industrial operations to provide the key biomass components
